When the designers grandfather passed away, this image of a mysterious woman was found in a chest of drawers. It turns out his great grandfather was a keen amateur photographer and took this timeless image of a woman with steeply arched eyebrows and cupids bow lips. The textile designer repeated this image that warps and morphs throughout the fabric, disappearing and reemerging like some kind of apparition.
