Welcome to the Jimmy D website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please email our team at info@jimmyd.co.nz. We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time and your continued use of this website following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by modified terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION:

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide personal information that is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects. RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or is returned after 14 days will not be accepted. All sales items, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Please email us at info@jimmyd.co.nz with the reason for your return – so that we can learn and improve from your experience. We will then issue you with a Return Authorization Code. You should then complete the Return form (which would be included with your order) and send your merchandise back to Jimmy D.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card, or apply the credit from your return to your new order / exchange. You will receive an email once your return /exchange has been processed and the new shipment tracking number (if appropriate). You may use the delivery service of your choice; however, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and request “Return Signature Required”, as we cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive.
