A longer version of the EXILE pant (and a precursor to the BLAIR pant) the OCCULTER pant has pleats for slouch but a slightly lower rise than the BLAIR with a similar tapered but cropped leg. This version of the OCCULTER comes in silk georgette layered over a super lightweight white, tissuey, cotton voile. All with a punk-ish silk bum flap.
