Two circles on the fold collide to create the sleeves on this beautiful below the knee dress. The folded circles are stitched down in such a way that they create sleeves creating petal like drape and pivot down to create the neckline too. The skirt is a loose bias cut, cut from multiple panels. The waist has two channels and two ties allowing the dress to be cinched just at the back, sides or all the way around.
